We clean law firms, insurance agencies, accounting firms, corporate offices and commercial real estate offices. For medical and dental offices, service is limited to approved non-clinical areas such as reception, administrative offices, restrooms and staff breakrooms.

Trash liners and toilet paper are included. We vacuum all carpeted flooring and entrance mats in your agreed space, mop suitable hard floors, clean reachable interior glass and mirrors, and straighten agreed seating and desk areas.
Choose your cleaning-product scent and optional included automatic air fresheners: Starter 1, Business 2, Business Plus 3, Business Max 4. We maintain the refills and batteries.

Tell us which rooms and common areas should be included. Clinical areas, medical equipment, instrument sterilization, sharps and regulated waste are excluded. Specialty tasks such as carpet extraction, upper-storey exterior windows, and floor stripping or waxing are outside standard recurring plans.
We’ll confirm your approximate square footage, cleaning frequency and preferred schedule after you submit an inquiry. Specialty work is quoted separately.
