Terms & conditions
Clear View Cleaning Services LLC · Website terms updated September 27, 2026. Your signed agreement confirms your approved service details.
Plan approval, first cleaning & safe access
Service request review and plan eligibility. Submitting a signup form does not guarantee approval or confirm service. All requests are subject to review of the cleaning area, service scope, location and scheduling availability. If your requested cleaning area exceeds your selected plan’s square-footage limit, that plan cannot be approved. We will recommend an appropriate plan or custom quote. Smaller spaces may choose a higher-tier plan, but larger spaces cannot receive service under a plan whose maximum square footage they exceed. Eligibility is based on the agreed areas to be cleaned; provide accurate details for your suite and any excluded areas. You may reply to our review email or contact info@clearviewatlanta.com with corrected information if you believe our assessment is inaccurate. Any revised plan, price or cleaning scope requires your agreement in writing before service begins. We will not automatically upgrade your plan or charge an increased price without your approval. If we cannot agree on a suitable service arrangement, we may decline the request.
No advance walkthrough required. No advance walkthrough or sales call is required to sign up. Clear View Cleaning Services LLC can verify whether your business falls within the selected square-footage range remotely, without an advance on-site visit. You must provide accurate information about the specific suite and areas to be cleaned. Plan eligibility, scope, price and scheduling remain subject to our confirmation. If the actual space or cleaning requirements differ materially from the information provided, any revised scope and price must be agreed in writing before affected work proceeds.
First-service orientation. An authorized representative must be available on site at the agreed start time of the first cleaning to show our team the approved cleaning areas, entry and exit procedures, and any relevant site instructions. This brief first-day orientation takes place when service begins; it is not a separate pre-service walkthrough or sales appointment.
Written after-hours access instructions. Before the first service, provide complete written instructions for entering and securing the business after operating hours. Include the designated entrance, parking or building-access requirements, arrangements for keys or access devices, alarm procedures, locking-up instructions and an authorized contact reachable during the service window. You may arrange for an authorized person to meet our team and let us in at each scheduled visit, instead of providing a key or code. Show our team how to lock up and secure the premises after cleaning, or confirm in writing who will return to secure the business. If you choose this option, the designated person must be available at each agreed arrival time. If keys, door codes or alarm codes are needed instead, provide them directly to our team during the first cleaning appointment and show us how to enter, operate the alarm and lock up. If your system allows it, create a separate code for the cleaning team instead of sharing your main code. Do not include passwords or door or alarm codes in the website form or a regular email. In your written instructions, confirm whether someone will let us in at each visit or keys/codes will be provided at the first appointment. Notify us in writing of later access changes before the affected visit so we can arrange any code update directly, without including the code in your email.
Off-limits areas and items. Identify in writing, before the first service, every room or area we must not enter and every item, surface, document, device or piece of equipment we must not touch, move or clean. Include special-handling instructions and any changes before the affected visit. Written instructions may be provided in your service request, by email to info@clearviewatlanta.com or in the agreed written scope. Pointing something out verbally does not replace the written requirement. Secure restricted areas and sensitive or valuable items as appropriate. Our team will not work outside the agreed cleaning scope.
Safe areas and access. The agreed cleaning areas and access routes must be free of dangerous hazards and hazardous materials when our team arrives. Disclose known hazards in writing before service and have them safely removed or corrected by an appropriately qualified person. This includes exposed sharps, biohazards, hazardous chemical spills, unsafe electrical conditions and blocked exits. Hazardous-material and biohazard cleanup are not included. We may decline, pause or reschedule affected work when access or conditions are unsafe, required instructions are missing, or the first-day orientation cannot be completed. Service can resume once safe access and the necessary arrangements are confirmed; existing rescheduling and billing terms apply.
Liability & service coverage
Clear View Cleaning Services provides routine recurring commercial cleaning within the agreed scope of your service plan. Clients must identify areas, surfaces, equipment or materials requiring special handling. Hazardous materials, biohazard cleanup, industrial cleaning, heavy grease removal and specialized equipment cleaning are excluded unless separately agreed in writing. Additional services may require a separate agreement and pricing.
Pricing and eligibility may vary based on facility type, condition, scope and cleaning requirements. Proof of applicable insurance coverage should be confirmed before service begins.
Warehouse facilities
Standard plans cover office areas, breakrooms, restrooms and designated employee/common areas. Storage areas, loading docks, industrial work areas, machinery and heavy-duty floor cleaning are excluded and may be available by separate quote. Quote requests should identify the areas to be cleaned.
Medical, dental & grocery facilities
Medical and dental service covers approved non-clinical areas only; clinical cleaning, instrument sterilization, medical equipment, sharps and regulated waste are excluded. Grocery service covers approved retail and employee areas; food preparation, food-contact equipment, refrigeration interiors and specialized food-safety sanitation are excluded.
We confirm approved rooms, surfaces, access instructions and your facility’s requirements before accepting service. Our four plans cover approved spaces up to 10,000 sq. ft. Call (678) 912-4110 for larger facilities. Service requires confirmation of scope and eligibility.
Restaurants & kitchens
Standard plans cover front-of-house areas, restrooms, breakrooms and light kitchen areas: wiping tables and countertops, cleaning sinks, wiping refrigerator exteriors, sweeping, mopping, trash removal and a small number of everyday dishes. Full commercial kitchen cleaning, hoods/exhausts, fryers, oven/grill deep cleaning and heavy grease removal are excluded.
Extra cleaning days & one-time cleaning
Starter includes two cleanings per week, Business three, Business Plus four, and Business Max five. All plans can increase to a maximum of six cleaning days per week within the same approved space and routine cleaning scope.
Each added weekly cleaning day costs $15/week on Starter, Business and Business Plus, adding $65 to the monthly price. Business Max’s sixth day adds $50/week, for a total of $399/week, billed $1,729/month. An added day means one extra cleaning each week; it is not a one-time cleaning appointment.
We confirm availability, your cleaning days and the total monthly amount before service begins. To change an active plan or schedule, contact info@clearviewatlanta.com. We must confirm the revised scope, price and effective date in writing before a change takes effect. Selecting a different option on this website does not change an existing service agreement or authorize a payment.
One-time cleaning is a separately quoted, advance-scheduled appointment based on the approved square footage and routine cleaning scope. It has one payment, no recurring subscription and no ongoing service contract. The quote confirms the price, appointment, scope and any booking, rescheduling or cancellation terms before payment. Submitting a request does not reserve a date. The 30-day recurring-service cancellation policy does not apply to a one-time appointment.
Monthly service & billing
Four plans. Monthly billing. Base prices apply to each plan’s included cleaning frequency and approved cleaning area:
- Starter: $99/week, billed $429/month. 2 cleanings weekly · Up to 1,500 sq. ft..
- Business: $199/week, billed $862.33/month. 3 cleanings weekly · 1,501–3,500 sq. ft..
- Business Plus: $299/week, billed $1,295.67/month. 4 cleanings weekly · 3,501–6,000 sq. ft..
- Business Max: $349/week, billed $1,512.33/month. 5 cleanings weekly · 6,001–10,000 sq. ft..
All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Weekly prices are used to calculate the monthly service price: total weekly rate × 52 ÷ 12, rounded to the nearest cent. Service is billed monthly in advance, with 12 billing periods per year, not every four weeks. Added cleaning days increase the total shown on your plan card. Spaces over 10,000 sq. ft., different scopes and available specialty services require a separate quote.
Confirmation before payment. Your website inquiry is free and does not sign an agreement, reserve a cleaning date or authorize a charge. We confirm your facility, scope, schedule, start date and final monthly amount in writing. Your service agreement must be signed and the first payment received before cleaning begins. Your agreement and payment instructions confirm your billing date.
PayPal and invoices. Automatic monthly payments require your separate authorization for the agreed amount. Review the plan, frequency, amount and first payment date before approving. An active PayPal subscription renews monthly until canceled in PayPal. Do not pay a second invoice for a service period already covered by a collected subscription payment. If payment by invoice is arranged, follow the confirmed invoice instructions.
After signup review and approval, we send a private service-agreement link. Review the confirmed plan, cleaning days, extras, schedule and price, accept the terms and digitally sign. PayPal becomes available at the bottom of that page only after your signature is saved, using the approved amount. One-time cleaning is quoted and paid separately.
Included cleaning and finishing touches. Wipe accessible surfaces and dust within agreed areas; clean safely reachable interior windows and mirrors from floor level; vacuum all carpeted flooring and entrance mats in the agreed space; sweep and mop appropriate hard floors; empty trash and replace liners; clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors and floors; provide toilet paper; and straighten agreed seating areas and couch cushions. Desk tidying is included unless you opt out; papers, confidential documents, electronics and valuables stay in place.
Extras are optional and require confirmation in your signed agreement. Weekly recurring extras are added to the cleaning rate, then the combined weekly total is multiplied by 52 and divided by 12, rounded once to cents. Monthly service is paid in advance. Each extra automatic air-freshener dispenser costs $10 upfront plus $2/week for maintenance and refills. Included allowances are up to 1/2/3/4 dispensers for Starter/Business/Business Plus/Business Max; you may decline fragrance without changing the base price. Units remain Clear View equipment. Placement requires permission; refills and batteries are maintained during scheduled visits while service is active. Customer-caused damage has a $10 replacement charge per dispenser; ordinary wear is covered. Cleaning products and room fragrance are chosen separately from citrus, jasmine, lavender and strawberry, with fragrance-free cleaning and no room fragrance available. We use suitable manufacturer-formulated products according to their directions; scent availability and surface compatibility are confirmed before service. Cloth exchange means a fresh breakroom drying cloth at each scheduled cleaning visit, not daily delivery on non-service days. Supply types, compatible dispensers, agreed refill quantities and exterior window scope are recorded before service; supplies are replenished during scheduled visits. Exterior windows are a $20/week option for agreed, safely accessible ground-level windows only, with no ladder, upper-storey or hazardous-access work. Changes to active service require written confirmation and any necessary payment authorization; selecting options here does not change an existing subscription. Existing cancellation, payment-pause and payment-resumption terms also apply to recurring extras.
Missed payments and service pause. Recurring service is paid monthly in advance. If a payment remains unpaid for two calendar days (48 hours) after its scheduled due time, all cleaning work stops unless we agree otherwise in writing. A failed PayPal retry does not restart or extend the two-day period. Once payment is successfully received, your service start date is updated to the payment receipt date under your existing agreement. Cleaning resumes on the same agreed cleaning days and schedule. A new service agreement is not required solely because payment was late; a different cleaning schedule requires a new agreement accepted by both parties. The payment receipt date does not guarantee a same-day cleaning outside your agreed schedule. We will confirm the updated service start date and reconcile service periods, payments and credits. Any required PayPal billing-date change must be arranged separately; it is not automatic. We will contact you directly about a service pause and any payment arrangements.
A service pause does not itself cancel your service agreement or your PayPal subscription. PayPal may continue retrying unpaid payments for as long as its applicable retry rules and subscription settings allow. The 48-hour cleaning pause does not stop those retries. Any amount properly owed under your signed agreement may be invoiced after reviewing the service period, payments, credits and refunds. We will reconcile any PayPal payment before collecting the same balance by invoice. A full additional month is not automatically charged just because a payment fails.
Your agreed terms. There is no year-long commitment. Recurring service requires 30 days’ written notice to cancel, as explained below. Your signed agreement records your service terms; website pricing changes do not by themselves change an existing customer’s agreed price, schedule or payment authorization.
After approval, we email your private link to review and sign your service agreement, then authorize payment through PayPal.
Recurring cancellation policy & written cancellation form
You may cancel recurring cleaning service by providing 30 days’ written notice to info@clearviewatlanta.com or submitting the website cancellation form. The 30-calendar-day notice period begins when we receive your written notice. Text messages are not accepted as cancellation notice. We confirm receipt of your cancellation notice and follow up only about a discrepancy, an outstanding balance or a question. A delayed acknowledgment does not delay or restart the notice period.
PayPal cancellation and service cancellation are separate. You may cancel your PayPal recurring payment authorization in PayPal. Doing so stops that payment authorization, but does not itself satisfy the service cancellation procedure or replace the required 30 days’ written notice under your service agreement.
Service and payment during the notice period. Scheduled service continues subject to the two-day nonpayment pause, and you remain responsible for agreed service charges through the end of the 30-day notice period, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If PayPal payments are stopped, amounts still due will be invoiced separately; we will not charge a canceled payment authorization.
Final billing. Payments already received are credited toward the balance. Any partial final monthly billing period is prorated by calendar days: the agreed monthly service price divided by the total calendar days in that billing period, multiplied by the calendar days covered through the service end date. This uses calendar days, not the number of cleaning visits. The final prorated amount is rounded to the nearest cent. Prepaid amounts covering dates after the service end date will be refunded. There is no separate cancellation fee and no charge for service dates after the agreed end date. Any outstanding balance remains payable.
