WHAT WE CLEAN

Clear View Cleaning Services offers recurring janitorial cleaning for medical offices, dental offices, law firms, retail stores, warehouses, commercial real estate properties, insurance agencies, accounting firms, corporate offices and grocery stores of all sizes, as well as other small businesses and professional spaces. Within warehouse facilities, service covers designated offices, breakrooms, restrooms and employee/common areas. Select restaurant service is limited to approved front-of-house areas, restrooms and light kitchens.

Routine tasks include dusting, wiping accessible surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, light breakroom cleaning, basic sanitizing and high-touch surface cleaning or disinfection within the agreed scope.

Medical and dental service covers approved non-clinical areas only; clinical cleaning, instrument sterilization, medical equipment, sharps and regulated waste are excluded. Grocery service covers approved retail and employee areas; food preparation, food-contact equipment, refrigeration interiors and specialized food-safety sanitation are excluded.

Full commercial kitchens, heavy grease removal, industrial work areas, machinery, carpet extraction, floor stripping or waxing, upper-storey or unsafe-access exterior windows and other specialty work are outside standard plans. Agreed ground-level exterior windows are $20/week extra. Other available specialty services require a separate quote.

Clear View Cleaning Services LLC offers four recurring plans. Our Business plan at $199/week, billed $862.33 monthly, provides three cleanings per week for approved spaces of 1,501–3,500 sq. ft. Starter, Business Plus and Business Max give smaller and larger facilities additional options. Business Max starts at $349/week, billed $1,512.33 monthly, for five cleanings weekly in approved spaces of 6,001–10,000 sq. ft. Choose up to six cleaning days on any plan.

Weekly rates are advertised for comparison; service is billed monthly in advance. Monthly price = total weekly rate × 52 ÷ 12, rounded to cents, with 12 payments per year. Facility eligibility, scope and schedule are confirmed before service begins. Over 10,000 sq. ft. or specialty work requires a separate quote.

Clear View Cleaning Services aims to take routine cleaning off your to-do list so you can focus on running your business. We work with you to establish recurring cleaning times and confirm expectations before the first visit.

Saturday is a business day for customer support. Cleaning appointments are scheduled separately around each customer’s agreed service times.
